Symbio

Your interest in Symbio

Symbio is a community exchange initiative led by Tony Nnadi. This page explains how information submitted through our interest form is used.

What we collect

Your name, email address, location, whether you are an individual or business, your chosen participation route, what you need, and your answers about local pilots. For businesses we also ask about your activity, what you offer and your interest in accepting credits. Optional answers include businesses you would like involved, participation barriers and interest in both routes. We also record a campaign label, if present in the page link.

Why we collect it

To understand which communities could support an exchange pilot and to contact you about Symbio and relevant pilot opportunities. Submitting the form does not create an exchange account or commit you to participate.

Where your information goes

Submissions are stored on our server. Notifications may be sent to the organiser’s Gmail inbox through our email provider. Information is not published in a member directory or sold. We keep it for community and pilot planning, and you can ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can withdraw your permission to be contacted, request a copy or correction of your information, or request deletion by emailing tnamdix@gmail.com. Please use the address you submitted so we can verify your request.

Basic security and imagery

The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Short-lived security records help limit automated submissions. The community photographs are illustrative generated imagery, not photographs of enrolled Symbio members.
